Our cocoa mass is a cocoa mass made from high quality cocoa and fine aroma of Cacao Selvatico del Real Soconusco. It is dark, decadent and rich in nutrients and forms the perfect base for any chocolate-based preparation.

The cocoa butter is never separated from the bean. No other ingredients are added. This is the purest unsweetened cocoa available.

The cocoa mass melts when heated, so you can easily make your own chocolate. Or mix it with milk or cream and make your own cup of hot chocolate. Or just nibble it pure like sugar-free chocolate
