Gourmet Mexican Vanilla Extract is a complex flavor, composed of approximately 40 individual flavor components that work together to create its rich flavor and aroma. To produce premium pure Mexican vanilla extract you always start with the right blend of high quality vanilla beans to produce the most wonderful vanilla flavor imaginable. Once the perfect blend of vanilla beans for extraction has been selected, the extract is produced by heat and maceration, resulting in a natural product with odor and flavor notes such as; cream, sweet and floral wood, ensuring a rich and deep flavor and delicate bouquet typical of Mexican vanilla.
